Perfect egg punch for gratins and pies! Fill the pie crust with the desired ingredients, such as ham, broccoli, fresh spices or other vegetables, and then beat over the egg punch.
3 eggs
3 cups milk or whipped cream
150-300g Västerbottensost® cheese
Salt
Black pepper
Egg punching with Västerbottensost®
Whisk together eggs and milk or whipped cream and mix in Västerbotten cheese. Season with salt and black pepper and heat in the oven 225 gr about 20-30 minutes until the egg punch has set and the pie has a nice color.
