A lovely combination that goes perfectly with midsummer or as a dessert on a summer evening!
1 liter of strawberries
1.5 cups unsalted pistachios or sweet almonds, chopped
250 g of cream cheese
3 tablespoons of liquid honey
2 vanilla pods
Strawberries and cream cheese crème with Västerbottensost® vanilla and pistachios.
Mix cream cheese, Västerbottensost and® honey in a bowl.
Divide and scrape the seeds out of the vanilla pods and mix the seeds into the cream cheese.
Serve with fresh strawberries and pistachios.
Tips! – Dry the vanilla pods and mix with sugar to vanilla sugar.
