Try this variant of chockladbräck with Västerbottensost as Christmas candy this year. You won’t be disappointed!
50 g Västerbottensost®, grated
200 g dark chocolate 55%
1 cup peeled pistachios
Flake salt
Chockladbräck with Västerbottensost®.
Place grated Västerbotten cheese on a baking sheet with parchment paper and au gratin in the oven about 5 minutes until it gets nice color. Allow to cool and crush to flakes. Coarsely chop the pistachios. Melt the chocolate over low heat in a saucepan. Pour out the melted chocolate on parchment paper and top with nuts and au gratin Västerbotten cheese in flakes. Sprinkle with flake salt. Allow to cool, then break into pieces.
