4 pieces Västerbottensost cheese®
2 dl wheat flour
2 dl panko
2 eggs
Deep-fried Västerbottensost® cheese
Distribute flour, panko & eggs in 3 different bowls. Beat the egg and bread the cheese in wheat flour, then egg & finish with panko. Repeat in eggs and panko if the shell has become too thin. Deep-fry the cheese in oil at 180 degrees (be careful when deep-frying and never pour water on the oil).
