Crispy and luxurious pizza salad with almonds and Västerbotten cheese! There are many lovely cabbage varieties such as red cabbage, white cabbage, black cabbage and savoy cabbage to choose from.
500 g of cabbage, mixed varieties
4 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons vinegar
100 g of salty almonds,
Preferably marcona almonds
Black pepper
Salt
Crispy pizza salad with cabbage
Finely shred the cabbage and put in cold water about 10 minutes to get it extra crispy.
Pour in a colander and drain thoroughly.
Place the cabbage on a platter.
Mix olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper and drizzle over.
Coarsely chop the almonds and sprinkle with the cabbage salad.
Top with Västerbottensost® and serve with the freshly baked pizza.
