The perfect dessert for Christmas! Gingerbread combined with cream cheese, Västerbottensost, dulce de leche & frozen raspberries. Can it get any better?
300 g gingerbread
300 g of cream cheese
4 cups whipped cream
1 pinch of vanilla powder
3 cups icing sugar
250 g of frozen raspberries
1 can of dulce de leche
Sea salt
Gingerbread cheesecake in glasses with Västerbottensost® and dulce de leche
1. Whisk the cream fluffy. Whisk in icing sugar, vanilla powder and cream cheese. Grate Västerbottensost finely and whisk down.
2. Thaw the raspberries in a bowl and crush the gingerbread.
3. Then alternate gingerbread, dulce de leche, cheese cream and raspberries, then top with a little sea salt.
