A tasty pie starts with a tasty pie dough. This recipe is both simple and delicious and excellent as a basis for pie with Västerbotten cheese®.
Preheat the oven to 225°.
Mix butter and flour in food processor to a crumbly mass.
Add the water and continue mixing together into a smooth dough.
Press the pie dough into a pie tin (24 cm in diameter).
Gnaw the pan to the bottom and pre-bake in the oven about 10 minutes.
